Panama and Venezuela reach accord to renew diplomatic ties and flights

Venezuela and Panama announced the renewal of diplomatic relations and commercial flights between the two countries.

Relations were broken amid a diplomatic spat in which Venezuela's president Nicolás Maduro was listed as a suspect in money laundering.
