Panama building workers back on job with fatter pay packets

Panama construction workers were back on the job with a fatter wage packet on Saturday.

An agreement between the employers’ association and the union was finally inked after a month-long stoppage that followed six months of negotiations to hammer out a multi-tiered agreement covering 2018-2021.
