Panama Canal Authority to appeal $233 million ruling

The Panama Canal Authority has recognized an arbitration ruling that it owes $233 million to the consortium that is expanding the canal.

However, it aims to reduce or annul the amount by means of an appeal to a higher international arbitration authority.
