Panama Canal expansion moves forward

The Panama Canal expansion project is 60 percent complete, the Canal Authority said in a report.

The report added that the dredging works on the Pacific and Atlantic entrances have advanced 99 percent.

The ship carrying the first four gates for the new set of locks will arrive next month.
