Panama City breaks into top 100 on world quality of life index. In Central America, San José takes number two spot

If you are wedded to the good life in Latin America, Panama City is one of the places, according to a ranking released by the consulting firm Mercer.
Taken Central America, Panama City is the leader, and placed number 93 in the world.
Further down come San José (105), Guatemala City ( 142), Managua (166) and San Salvador (168).
