Panama Colon free trade zone seeks new markets

Panamanian authorities are seeking new markets for the country's Colón Free Trade Zone in order to minimize losses due to an ongoing trade dispute with Colombia and a Venezuelan multi-million debt.
The goal was set by Luis Germán Gómez, president of the zone's users' association.
The aim is to seek clients in Europe, Asia and Africa, as well as innovate the zone's marketing strategies.
