Panama is back again on the French “grey list” of tax havens

French has put Panama once again on its “grey list” for tax havens, on the basis of a decree in April that followed the scandal of the “Panama Papers”.

The decree was implemented on January 1. President Juan Carlos Varela warned last Friday that Panama could take counter measures against France, but he has not clarified his plans.
