Panama is closer to entering Pacific Alliance

Panama continues to show interest in becoming a member of the Pacific Alliance, a trade bloc comprised of Chile, Mexico, Colombia and Peru.
Chilean President Sebastián Piñera visited Panama this week, and said "Panama is close to having a free trade accord with all member countries".
Having a free trade accord with all member countries is one of the requirements to join.
