Panama mulls reciprocal measures on Venezuela

Panama is considering applying reciprocal measures on Venezuela, according to the Central American country's Foreign Minister Francisco Álvarez de Soto.
But the measures must be carefully analyzed, as they could harm the already fragile trade relations between the two countries, said Severo Sousa, business leader at the Colon trade zone.
