Panama needs big changes to avoid more scandals, say experts

Panama needs to apply new rules for its financial systems so they can be up to scratch with those of other countries, says a report from the committee of experts that was formed after the “Panama Papers” scandal.

The report was published today. Two dissident members of the committee had already abandoned the others.
