Panama proposes law to boost small enterprises
Monday, December 9, 2013

Panama's Minister for Trade and Industry, Ricardo Quijano, proposed a law to allow easier access to credit for the country's small and medium enterprises.
"Panama's microfinance sector needs to develop, as it has a deficient legal framework," Quijano said.
The solution Quijano proposes is to create flexible regulations focused on giving incentives to the country's entrepreneurs.
