Panama resolves six-month dispute with Taiwan

The governments of Taiwan and Panama have finally resolved a six-month diplomatic conflict.

The problem started when Taiwan suspected Panama was planning to establish diplomatic relations with China, while Panama accused

Taiwan of interfering in its foreign affairs.

The foreign affairs ministry of Taiwan said: "The misunderstanding has been solved after thorough communications".
