Panama’s big-time gamblers head for the casinos instead of the racetrack
Panama’s gamblers definitely prefer casinos. Official figures show that about 70 percent of bets are made in the casinos.

The government’s statistics show that $690 million was spent in casinos in Panama in the first seven months of this year.
