Panama's Conconcreto and local company join forces in major Guatemala mall

Thursday, March 15, 2012

Guatemalan company Servicios Para Centrales, along with Colombia's Inversiones Conconcreto, will build a shopping mall in Guatemala this year which includes a transport terminal.

Together, the two companies will invest $60 million. The project will be called Centra Norte.

About 60,000 people are expected to pass through the mall every day because it will be built on a major intersection, as well as being a transport terminal, in the capital city of Guatemala.
