Panama's exports to U.S. drop despite accord

Panama's exports to the United States dropped 5 percent from 2012 to 2013, according to official data.
The drop comes despite both countries signing a trade promotion agreement.
Three U.S. companies have begun operations in Panama in the 19 months that the agreement came into effect.
