Panama's insurance sector to grow 7 percent
Tuesday, January 7, 2014
Panama's insurance policy sales are likely to reach $1.3 billion this year, according to predictions by Eduardo Fábrega, former president of the country's insurance association.
The figure is 7 percent higher than the $1.25 billion in 2013.
But Fábregas said he is uncertain about car and fire insurance policies, as they often show the most difficulty when it comes to damage payment.
