Panama's Line 2 Metro contract on ice

The government of Panama on Friday suspended the adjudication of the contract for the contract of Line 2 of the Metro system that had been awarded to Spain’s FCC and Brazil’s Odebrecht.

Panametro, a consortium of Chinese and Spanish construction companies have objected to the award because they say two of the jurors have worked for the winners in the past.
