Panama’s Metro plans three more routes that will cross the capital between east and west.
One of the routes will be covered by a suburban train. It will need an 80 meters bridge over the Panama Canal.
The consortium formed by Brazil’s Odebrecht and FCC of Spain has already begun the first line at an investment cost of some $1.4 billion.
