Panama seeks more Spanish investment

Panama's Minister for Trade Melitón Arrocha travelled to Spain this week seeking to attract investors to the Central American country.

Arrocha, along with several Panamanian officials, promoted investments to key sectors for the current Juan Carlos Varela administration.

Spanish firms including Sacyr and FCC are already working on large projects such as the expansion of the Panama Canal and the capital city's metro system.
