Panama sees $164 million in carnival spending

Panama's hotels, restaurants, transport services and shops are expecting some $164 million in tourism and local spending over the four days of carnival celebrations.
The country's hotel association is expecting to receive a minimum of $104 million.
Hotel occupancy outside of the capital will be at 95 to 100 percent, hotel association president Jorge Loaiza said.
