Panama sends 100 projects to back-burner

An additional $40 million has been authorized by  Panama’s Finance ministry for transfer to the National Highway Company to initiate the process for the construction of the fourth bridge over the Panama Canal.

The money will be transferred from more than 100 other projects that will now be delayed.
