Panama sends bullet-proof glass to Mexico

Panama's Optima Ballistic Glass Corp. has sent its first shipment of bullet-proof glass to Mexico, the Panamanian Trade and Industry Ministry said.

The Panamanian company was able to make the sale due to "the advantages offered" by the Mexico-Panama free trade agreement that took effect on July 1, the ministry said in a statement.
