Panama signs deals on cooperation with Trinidad and Tobago on energy and trade

Panama signed two agreements with Trinidad and Tobago to boost cooperation in the areas of trade and energy, Panama's Foreign Ministry announced.

The first agreement will establish a framework for initiatives of cooperation in the development of energy and renewable energy sources.

The second agreement will open export opportunities to Panamanian products such as meat, cheese and dairy products, as well as cosmetics and plastics.
