Panama slates $2.85 billion in new projects

Panama’s government aims to maintain its rapid pace in growth of public projects. Tenders are expected to come to a total of $2.85 billion.
The projects to be put on offer include the Financial Tower, major highway improvements, Hospital City, a convention center, and 37 health clinics.
In addition, Government City is to be added to the list, along with the eight markets in the cold-produce chain, and hydroelectric schemes.
