Panama to acquire Corredor Norte highway from Mexico's Pycsa for $650 million

Panama's state-owned turnpike administration, the ENA, is expected to sell the Corredor Norte road from its current owners, Mexican company Pycsa.

The sale is expected to be concluded in the second week of January. It has been delayed by negotiations with Pycsa's lawyers.

The $650 million sale is expected to be financed by bonds and commercial paper.
