Panama to invest in energy in Peru

Panamanian business leaders are ready to invest in a 530 Megawatt energy plant in Peru, said Guillermo Russo, Peruvian ambassador to Panama.
Russo added that the investment, scheduled for October this year, will help increase trade ties between the two countries.
Currently the two nations' bilateral trade ties stand at $1 billion.
