Panama to seal $2 billion deal with Japan

The president of Panama, Juan Carlos Varela, and the Japanese primier, Shinzo Abe, will on April 18 sign a contract for the construction of Panama’s third Metro line.
In January the two countries signed a memorandum on the project tht will include Japanese technology and $2 billion in finance.
