Panama urges global effort to fight tax evasion

President Juan Carlos Varela asked the global community to join together to fight tax fraud and insisted that it is not a problem only in Panama, but within the entire financial system.

"It's a global problem," he said. Varela said Monday that Panama would cooperate with the OECD initiative to share tax information.
