Pemex and Ecopetrol sign accord

Mexico's Pemex and Colombia's Ecopetrol signed a technical, scientific and administrative cooperation agreement.

The two state-owned oil companies aim to provide mutual support in the refining, production and exploration of oil.

The accord was signed by Pemex general director, Emilio Lozoya Austin, and the President of Ecopetrol, Javier Gutiérrez Pemberthy.
