Pemex debt hits $65 billion and rising

Production is falling, losses mount up and the debt is growing. Pemex, the Mexican state oil company is facing a severe crisis.

the most recent attempt to stave off the problems was a $771 million 10-year bond in Japanese yens, Now the long-term debt is $65 billion.
