Peru launches mini-round on free trade agreement with Central America
Peru launched a series of meetings with Central American countries on plans for a free trade agreement.
The accord is being negotiated between Peru on the one hand and, on the other, Costa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala and Panama.
The talks will center on market access for goods and services, rules of origen, and investment. The current mini-round will be followed by a fourth full round in Lima in May.
