Pescanova invests $70 million in Nicaragua fish farms

Spanish aquaculture company Pescanova will invest $70 million in the expansion of its fish farms in Nicaragua this year.
The company will use the investment to boost shrimp production, using the investment to enlarge its fish and shrimp farms, as well as its processing plant.
Pescanova is headquarted in the Port of Vigo, in the Spanish province of Galicia and operates in 21 countries, including France, Namibia and Honduras.
