Plenty of industrial real estate available in Costa Rica for 2017

Now that the season for massive imports and trading is over, companies in Costa Rica find that rental spaces in warehouses and industrial spaces are no longer in short supply.

The cost of rentals, measured in dollars per square meter, is on the wane in most areas. And some companies have opting to buy rather than continue to rent.
