PortMiami is Guatemala's main gateway to the USA

The port of Miami is Guatemala's main gateway to the United States.

During 2012, Guatemala was third among the ten countries that export most through PortMiami, after China and Honduras.

"Guatemala is very important, as it's one of the countries that sends most of its exports through Miami", said Henry Ros, spokesperson for the port.
