Premium market is new Costa Rican tourism focus

Costa Rica’s tourism industry is moving into the premium market.

The Alta Gracia Boutique Hacienda, for example has a minimum tariff of $1,500 per night for a couple. But, with the gourmet menu included, the price can rise to $3,000.
