Proposal for 'dual education' in Costa Rica is in legislative limbo

While Costa Rica’s Legislative Assembly defines the program for extraordinary sessions, the government is unlikely to push for a “dual education” proposal that could help young people to combine work and study.

However, the scheme is in great demand. Young people prefer study programs that are based on practice, and many companies are prepared to accommdate such schemes.
