Quirky items in apparel provisions of trade accords with Panama, Colombia and Korea

The free-trade agreements with South Korea, Colombia and Panama that are expected to be approved by the US Congress as early as this summer are in may ways similar in their treatment of textiles and apparel.

But there are a few quirky items. Panama negotiated the right to make guayaberas out of non-regional fabrics.
