The start of the rainy season in Nicaragua could boost the country's agricultural production for this year's harvest.
Production could grow 5 percent compared to last year's harvest, said the Nicaraguan Agricultural Union.
The country's central bank said agricultural production generated an income of $3.4 billion in 2012.
