Real estate booms in Panama West

he value of building permits processed five years ago in the Panama City districts of La Chorrera and Arraiján amounted to $208 million, but at the end of 2016 it was estimated at $313 million.

The development of the area, known as Panama West, has led to an increase land values, which range from $5 to $200 per square meter depending on the type of project or housing.
