Red tape delays key Costa Rican projects

Two airports, an agricultural market and a logistics center in Costa Rica are on hold.

The projects are part of the country's plan to consolidate its special economic zones.

The projects are considered to be fundamental, however, at the moment they face an excess of red tape.
