Redundant office blocks in Costa Rica take in shops

The number of office tower blocks in San José, capital of Costa Rica, has been increasing over the last two years.
However, a decline in demand for office space means that many of them remain unoccupied, some even for years.
Developers have come up with a solution, which is to offer commercial space for shops in the same areas as office space, such as Plaza Tempo Escazú or the Ururuca Industrial Estate.
