Region seeks support to tackle drought

Central America's agriculture ministers said they will seek international cooperation to tackle the effects of a drought that has swept the region.
The ministers said that in order to recover from the effects of the drought, the region will need some $2 billion.
The ministers took the decision of calling for international cooperation after a regional meeting.
