Relations thaw between Mexico and Canada: minister

Mexico’s finance minister says Canada and Mexico’s relationship has thawed as Ottawa mulls an end to the visa requirement on Mexican tourists, while the two countries could be drawn even closer due to U.S. political uncertainty.

Luis Videgaray was in Toronto and Montreal this week to talk to business and finance leaders ahead of the Three Amigos summit set for June 29 in Ottawa.
