Rival pharmacy chains in Costa Rica at war

Costa Rican pharmacy chain Cofasa accused rival Grupo Cefa-Fischel of alleged monopolistic practices.
Cofasa claims that Cefa swapped information on sales and prices with independent pharmacies.
Cofasa wants a full investigation and a fine for Cefa that would represent 10 percent of its profits.
