Road back to economic growth could be rocky in Costa Rica

Costa Rica's economy is expected to grow gradually in the second half of the year and on to the beginning of 2020, the central bank reports.

However, risk factors could reverse the trend toward growth. These include threats of strikes and international trade conflicts, reports La República in Spanish.
