Salvador's Sivar slakes thirsts in Honduras
El Salvador's Sivar Brewing, which produces craft beers, announced that it will begin to export in Honduras. Last week it also launched a new brew, Pasión, on its domestic market.
Sergio Rodríguez, Sivar's manager, said that its beer has been selling last year in Guatemala. Together, El Salvador, Guatemala and Honduras, are known as the Northern Triangle of Latin America.
The new beer, Pasión, is very bitter, Rodríguez said. "It's the craziest beer that we make," he added, reports La Prensa Gráfica in Spanish.
