Salvadoran industry in plea to boost economy
Thursday, December 13, 2012
The president of the Salvadoran Industrial Association, Javier Simán, called for a constructive dialogue with the government in an effort to improve the economy.
Salvadoran industry has grown by only 1.5 percent this year, while the gross domestic product has increased by 1.2 percent.
Business leaders, the government, political parties and everyone else concerned should seek to solve the nation's problems, Simán said.
