San Antonio’s Andeavor delivers its first fuel import to Mexico

San Antonio-based refiner Andeavor says it delivered its first export of fuel by ship into Mexico as the company ramps up its retail expansion inside the country.

Andeavor said the fuel was exported to Mexico by ship through the Rosarito terminal in Baja California run by Mexico’s state-run oil company Pemex.
