San José, Costa Rica in top ten cities for outsourcing

San José, Costa Rica is considered among the top ten emerging cities and ranks number 18 among the best in the world for outsourcing, according to a study by Tholons.

San José is third best among Latin American cities, after Buenos Aires and Sao Paulo.

Costa Rica was highlighted in the study for its future potential, because of the quality of human resources, shared services in finance, accounting and information technology.
