San Martín bakery and restaurant to open in Dallas
The San Martín bakery and restaurant is one of Central America's leading gastronomical institutions, with 49 branches in its native Guatemala and in El Salvador.
Now, however, the 44-year-old chain has announced a much more radical departure with the announcement of the opening of a branch by the end of the year in Dallas.
The Dallas branch will sell nostalgic products, as well as many others, such as pizzas, that are home-baked. Nor will San Martín forget its origins: the chain aims to have three more branches in Guatemala and two in El Salvador by the end of this year and next.
